“Easy to do business with, competitive price, so remained with you for a second year. Only negative was the speed at which the agent ran through everything at the end, which needs to be slowed down if you expect people to follow what's being said!”

“Was a bit confusing at the beginning as I tried to renew online as suggested via MCE email promo but it did not work with my Multibike insurance. After a couple of tries I had to do over the phone in the end which was easy enough. All went through ok and I received an email that I can download my documents. Good! What I did not understand is that I received two emails that my Insurance had expired with the previous policay number. It was not regoginised that I had renewed since. This was not helpful at all and I was worried that there is an issue with the renewal or that it did not get through. After double checked (payment & policay) all was fine. This I found more confusing than helpful.”

“good quote pretty much the same as last year. on the negative the operative on the phone did go on a bit a lot of repetition followed by I would receive my documents by email within the next 24-48 hrs ( gazz99@hotmail.co.uk ) which I know you have as i've had correspodence before. I still haven't received these.”

“Having been with Carole Nash for probably 20 years. I was seriously disappointed with a quote from them for same level of cover but a new bike. Asking for £200 for one month, over £2,000 for a year. So first time in a long time I was forced to consider alternatives. MCE and Principal came out pretty close, and I plumped for MCE primarily based on knowledge of them from motorcycle race events.”

“Features of the policy are better than others for similar quotes.....Oddly I didn't get a 'renewal reminder' this time (I have insured with MCE again)....Only realised it was coming due thanks to MCN compare!....who sent me an e-mail reminder. MCE's quote wasn't the cheapest but was only £2 more but with a lower excess & helmet leathers cover. Thankfully I haven't called on MCE's services but when I have spoken on the phone to them they were friendly & efficient.”
