“Good website, great prices, easy to use. However, it would help and be of benefit to new customers that within the insurance documents e-mailed to me, confirmation of the declared non standard features were published and both parties agreed on. In my case I declared 5 changes on which the price was based. I happily paid, but the only confirmation I had that I had declared these changes was a 'checked' box stating that changes had been made. I would liked to have seen confirmation of the changes I declared so that there was no misunderstanding, especially if I need to make a future claim. Just a thought”

“Bizarre, my renewal letter came through saying my renewal was due and last year it cost £73. So I checked the Internet for various different insurers then rang MCE and the best quote they could give me was £166, which I declined, I then went onto a comparison site and renewed with MCE for £106 pounds, please stop trying to rip me off.”

“Good policy - everything included so no add ons. Easy to understand policy - clear and concise. Good customer service - quick and efficient and knowledge of product. Long expensive telephone call - would be easier if a quote was sent online as in previous years. Then I can check and accept and pay online if no changes.”

“To be honest,i cant understand why you would charge admin fee's even though i have been with you a few years.Where's the customer loyalty. I still havnt recieved my documents. Making a phone call lasts nearly a hour. Its very off putting.I can understand you guys are busy but as a customer i feel your service is starting to slip below par,which is a shame because when i do manage to get through the staff are always polite and helpful.”

“They do what they say but when getting a policy check check and check again everything you said is done as I've had to ring back after receiving documents and amend some bits they have forgotten to do somehow even though I've said to do so I. E . Pillion cover”

“Good quote. Have used MCE previously. Much better than Bennetts, who did'nt even offer me a renewal quote this year, even after buying their Equity Red Star extra premium costing £35.00 on top of the 2016 £105.85 fully comp. cost. Will definitely renew with MCE next year Steve”

“Good price but if you ring for a quote and get the bloke I had he just sounds like he can't be bothered he mumbled through important information sounded like he was on a tea break I almost went else where the woman I spoke to earlier was much more professional and helpful.good price though ,best to get quote on line then you don't have to put up with people who don't like there jobs”

“After renewing my policy I found a mistake in my policy and after a quick phone call to point this out it was rectified within five minutes. It would be nice to be able to renew my policy online instead of having to make a phone call every year.”
