“good quote”

“Had no issues with MCE. Was a little bit annoying when I was renewing though. The guy on the phone give me a more expensive price than quoted on the internet, all my details were exactly the same. For the sake of £30 , he wouldnt reduce it to the online price and said they give "the best possible quote"... I waited about 4 days and did another quote, it was cheaper than both quotes received previously - so they could do you a better price but just wont.”

“Very helpful staff, easily arranged insurance at a great price including rescue, would have given them 5stars except they wouldn't provide me with a printed copy of insurance, we've all encountered computer errors, and I myself would like the paperwork to back up the e version in case there ever was a problem, come on MCE surely the tiny cost of providing paper copies would be more than covered by the extra customers you would attract,”

“easy to complete the process, although I did have to phone as the online process failed at payment level, the only down side was I had to go through all my details again with one of the guys even though he had my online ref number.”

“MCE's systems seem a bit chaotic, as I didn't receive my insurance documents even after telling them on the phone that I didn't have them. A second call however had a very helpful chap send them to me , on the spot, apologising for the failure of the automated system ... twice. So can't give them five stars, but will stretch to four. MCE .... bin your useless automated system, and leave it to PEOPLE. They are more reliable !”

“Cheapest quote achieved, good quality cover, straight forward no hassle. Seeing the company sponsoring BSB makes you realise your with a good company and not some back alley budget mob..only reason for a loss of a star was access was horrendous.”

“Emily, who I spoke with, was very helpful and got me a discount on my motorbike insurance. I haven't owned a bike before and I'm on a provisional licence so the cost of insurance is pretty expensive, and certainly a lot more than I was expecting to pay.”
