“Only thing that consistently lets mce down is the lack of human communication. It’s extremely difficult to speak to someone. The portal at one point was impossible to access, consequently I could not view my policy. Problem was resolved after finally getting someone on the phone. Communication is key! So I feel improvements need to be made.”
