“Only thing that consistently lets mce down is the lack of human communication. It’s extremely difficult to speak to someone. The portal at one point was impossible to access, consequently I could not view my policy. Problem was resolved after finally getting someone on the phone. Communication is key! So I feel improvements need to be made.”

“Very little communication and impossible to speak to someone over the phone that could help. Not happy with the experience I’ve had and I really hope I never have to use the insurance policy as I fear the poor communication and level of service will continue.”
