“Policy was mistakenly activated. Had a struggle to get a refund. This company has No phone numbers. Eventually it took a few days to get through to a human. On hold for about an hour three times after making contact. No full refund as the kept an admin fee despite them acknowledging they had my cancellation emails. Nightmare”

“happy with price for insurance as i have had no motorcycle insurance fo about 25 years got insured on sunday morning and the following thursday morning i assigned a cherished number to my bike then contacted MCE to change reg number and they charged me £79 for this which i thought was i total disgrace i was totally disgusted”

“You must use portal , portal doesn't work, insurance was £130,. Renew price £352 🤣🤣 no claims, on it, no thanks never again”

“Good price and service only thing left scratching my head was last 2 years with you (first year being my first year riding) I had pillion added to policy this year you wouldn't allow this yet last two years with you i didnt claims and another year riding.”

“I was with you ( Sabre Insurance) last year and was quoted a good price for the first year back after many years and had no complaints about the regular contact i got. This years quote from you had gone up £70 and when i rang to discuss it i was told there was nothing the could do about the price. I went on a comparison site and got the same cover same insurer for £40 less than your quote which is a bit baffling to me. The bike is only on the road for 6 months so i am going to get the best price i can. When i asked about flexible cover i was told to try Subscribe and Ride but being a fair weather rider for pleasure at short notice i thought that it wasn't suitable”
