“I had a good experience yesterday of renewing my motorcycle insurance policy for twelve months. My phone call was answered within ten minutes by a very thorough man who confirmed the very fair premium previously emailed to me, and we concluded the arrangement promptly. MCE has treated me well, and I would recommend them to my fellow bikers.”

“The customer service was as ever, polite and efficient for my motorcycle insurance renewal. I started with MCE because they are so competitive. I am staying with them because their customer service team are knowledgeable and helpful when I call. I had a question about winter garage storage which was answered in lucid plain English, that one can understand. I know MCE are brilliant on line with their easy log in. This is good if you want to check through your policy and insurance certificate in detail. But I prefer to talk to professional, if one has a question.”
