“Good service, good value. Slightly impersonal and frustrating interaction to sort No Claims Discount. Great that someone called personally afterwards to see if I liked the service and try and sell something else but would have preferred this bit to sort NCD.”

“Early days yet, been with Nash for years but this year premium was too high and XS's doubled. Better cover offered by MDD for lower premium so signed up accordingly...…………….time (and claims experience!) will tell, hopefully none of the latter! Initial hiccup identifying correct model (same engine in 3 different models-all different) but all sorted and in fact a lower premium charged from the initial quote given-well done and thank you Jasmine”

“Very helpful sales representatives got my second bike insured at a good price and honouring my NCD on that bike. Next year I will look at multi- bike insurance when I can line both bikes up with the same start date. The only negative so far is the time you have to spend on the phone on hold. Apart from that very pleased.”

“I had a series motorcycle crash, once out of hospital i contacted the insurer who put me through to the underwriter which is AXA who were fantastic, my claims handler could not of been any better, he helped with advice, was so friendly and got me a very good amount for the written off motorcycle. I know this is coming across as a bit of an advert but I really was treated very well and a difficult time.”
