“Great as an initial price for a second bike bit recently left them as my main insurer as ridiculous price for renewals. Got renewal on main bike for half the price for same product. Definitely search around at renewal time DO NOT AIUTO RENEW.”

“I was disappointed that you couldn't give me a competitive price to add new bike to current policy,instead I had to take out a completely new policy for the second bike”

“Company is OK but use with caution. £115 renewal quotation was offered. I searched online and found a renewal quotation at £74 .... with ..... Motorcycle Direct! I had no option but to cancel my cover (£115) and immediately take out new cover with the same company (£74). Ridiculous system!”

“After signing up online and not selection any further packages I then got a phone call a week later trying to sell me the extras that I already said I didn’t want. The advisor on the phone then questioned me when I said I didn’t need legal aid. Don’t appreciation the pushy attitude in getting us to spend our more money when the cover is already expensive.”

“because i was waiting for my CBT replacement in the post they decided to cancel it and give me the 120£ fine so make sure people to have all your documents before getting insured, they might be cheap but wasting my time and money whilst being homeless. i dont think ill b going with them again”

“Just a couple of things I have not had any insurance documents and I had recovery on the policy but have never found out who or how if in case of breakdown I would contact ,apart from that if I could have them two thing's I would be grateful yours sincerely allen shefford”
