“Reading through the policy I realised I'd made a small error in the application and phoned to see if it could be changed. Got through very quickly. The policy was updated and revised document immediately made available for download. Excellent service! I hope I never have to make a claim but feel confident it would be dealt with promptly. The premium was very slightly higher than some but it has a realistic excess amount so worth checking the details rather than just comparing the initial price quoted!”
