If a mid term adjustment alters the level of risk, an appropriate premium adjustment reflecting this for the time of risk only would be prove more acceptable to your policyholders.”

“It was easy to take out the policy and when I needed to claim due to a 3rd party running into the back of my car the process was quick and easy.
I did complicate things a bit by not using their approved repairer which means you have to arrange to take and collect your vehicle to and from the body shop yourself but I did get a equivalent hire car.”
