“They were ok. The usual, you know. Pay them and they cover you. It wasn’t until I got my renew that is give them a bad review... so to show their appreciation for my custom they doubled my price. Thanks!”

“I had a claim on my house ins policy following a flood from my dishwasher. Claim was dealt with in an efficient manner. Can't fault privilege in any way. Excellent company in a crisis”

“Whilst being fairly competitive, I can't say what they are like if you have to make a claim as I have been lucky not to need to make one since I have been with them. Just the same, I always do a comparison check before even thinking about renewing. Sometimes I renew online, or have taken out a new policy with them through a comparison sight after trying to negotiate on the phone. YOU DON'T GET ANYTHING FOR LOYALTY WITH MOST COMPANIES!!! Please use every method to get the best price you can, because if you have to make a claim insurance companies will do their best to pay out as little as possible!!!”

“I was the unfortunate victim of an accident where the guilty 3rd party driver was insured with Privilege and I was so impressed with the way my claim was settled that when I had to renew my own cover I was quite happy to go with them as my new provider!”

“Very quick determination of replacement price for a unique piece of jewellery. When could not match retailers price, paid out v quickly so I could complete purchase via retailer”

“I had no problems whatsoever when taking out my policy with Privilege Insurance, in fact it was extremely easy to deal with all the requirements requested. I would certainly recommend them in future and I hope when I come to renew again later in the year, that I receive the same courtesy and efficiency as I did in 2016. Fortunately, I have not made any claim and hope this will reduce my next premium.”

“Made a claim through this policy. Privillidge are actually really good, helpful and really seem to care. The whole claim process was let down by their supplier who delivered a broken product then took over two weeks to send a replacement ( would have been much longer if I hadn't chased them) they blatantly lied to me on several occasions and failed to keep their promises.”
