Sometimes I renew online, or have taken out a new policy with them through a comparison sight after trying to negotiate on the phone. YOU DON'T GET ANYTHING FOR LOYALTY WITH MOST COMPANIES!!! Please use every method to get the best price you can, because if you have to make a claim insurance companies will do their best to pay out as little as possible!!!”

The whole claim process was let down by their supplier who delivered a broken product then took over two weeks to send a replacement ( would have been much longer if I hadn't chased them) they blatantly lied to me on several occasions and failed to keep their promises.”
