“It was easy to suspend my cover after selling my car and then transferring to a new car purchased some 2 months later. Although initially done on line a telephone call secured the transfer and the relevant policy documents confirmed by post.”

“The advisors were very helpful when I changed my car to a smaller car in the summer, half way through the annual policy and they adjusted my policy accordingly with efficiency. .”

“Good experience with this company, some initial delays occurred however this was due to having been a company car driver moving to private insurance. Pleased to say that Pivilege recognised my accident free company driving record and awarded me a good no claims discount.”
