“Absolutely horrendous company. We were involved in a collision after a driver pulled out in front of us. Esure unfortunately represented both parties and refused to investigate the accident and applied partial liability to both parties. I assume because its better for them to raise both our insurance premiums and save the expense of investigating the claim at all, nevermind correctly. After chasing them up and hounding them they eventually provided a courtesy car that should have been offered and provided at the time of the claim. Only for them to take it back almost 2 weeks earlier than agreed leaving us whitout a car whilst trying to replace the one that they wrote off rather than repair. They didnt even communicate to us that they were taking the courtesy car off hire, a confused rental agent called us apologising that they were going to need the car back today. Each time we called the insurance agent they were rude and abrupt. Uncurteous and unhelpful. We will never do bussiness with them again and advise anyone else to avoid them like the plague.if i could givem minus stars i would.”

“There an insurance company, they'll try and increase my policy there automatic renewal when my current policy expires like every insurance company and I'll be back on gocompare to get a cheaper offer (quite possible off them) normally how it goes.”

“Helpful when a customer but awful when sorting out an existing claim after you have switched to a cheaper company. No one helps and they cut you off at any opportunity after saying they will put you on hold/ring you back.”

“you were very very expensive compared to direct line insurance - over twice as much and you were not bothered when called and dismissed me as a valued customer and mature woman driver with no convictions £380 by SW - £174 DL so whats going on here?”

“I recently had to claim for a “white van man” hit and run whilst my car was parked without me in it. Fortunately, a witness saw what happened and even chased the van up the road and confronted the driver. His response was that he’d only clipped the drivers wing mirror (he’d torn it off) and didn’t do any more damage (he’d caused considerable damage to the paintwork). I guess I was lucky I had a witness, but from start to finish the claim went smoothly and all was resolved in just over 2 months (including the repayment of my excess). I am very happy to recommend Sheilas’ Wheels.”

“Terrible. They didn't listen when i was involved in a accident and I was blamed. When I had explained the situation. It was clearly the other driver. Then when I tried to speak talkto them after they would not help. Even though they said they were going to go through the call that was made. I was not given the cursity car. As they said they had 72 hours. And then they wrote the car off. I wasn't asked if I wanted the car back. I wasn't told I could dispute the pay out. The communication was terrible. Then after the huge exspence of sorting out a new car and insuring it I discovered they didn't add road side assistance. I think this company is appalling and when the policy runs out I will not be using them again.”

“When my policy 2016-17 expired Sheila Wheels sent me the renewal quote for the year 2017-18 which was higher than the totally new quote which was quoted on the GoCompare site. According to me that does not seem good policy.”
