You supposed to check i do have not claim anything and i supposed to get low insurance like our previous agreement

I really like using this insurance company, it stays in contact with me and the benefits are a bonus. I would recommend your company to anyone, my only issue is that it tracks the acceleration. I have a turbo engine so my car is obviously going to be fast. Every time I try to improve this score it still marks be down really low, overall affecting my final score and rewards.

I paid a large chunk off and had small monthly direct debits, after a month or two my driving was reviewed and due to my good driving I saved an extra £13 a month off my bill, if I continue it’ll get cheaper !

Can never understand anyone on the phone, not willing to make any changes over the phone without charging £35 admin fee, (excluding the cost of any changes made), not willing to offer business insurance

Was really nervous of getting a policy with WiseDriving as I’ve read all the awful reviews but it’s been nearly 4 months into my policy and everything seems ok actually

Customer service doesn’t even merit 1 star! Have to be the most robotic staff ever! Clearly not in the uk! DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY! Facebook staff just as bad! Check Twitter they are a shambles

Clearly the people giving 5 starts are staff members to make it look good!! They are the worst! Complaint is going to ombudsman! Trust the negative reviews people they are NOT good! Wish I could upload pics to show the proof that they tamper with scores and then claim it’s on a daily basis they are changed, prove them wrong and it’s now 48 hours before they are updated, no way to see an individual journey so as soon as you sign up you are in their web!! BE WARNED

Please be assured we don't create any fake reviews, and we welcome feedback from all of our customers. The driving dashboard can take up to 48 hours to update, however after this point drivers can view their journeys and scores whenever they need to. The service is terrible and I am very unhappy at the way this company has treated me. I insured my car in September and didn’t know there were any problems with my black box. I only check my emails every few days: I got an email today telling me my insurance was cancelled. When I rang I was told that there was no data from my black box and I hadn’t replied to an email from 5 days ago so my insurance was cancelled. I said there had been a blue light showing on the box so I didn’t know there was a problem. I have been offered less than a 1/3 of my money back. I am really appalled at this service and it has now left me with huge problems getting more insurance & getting to work. Is anyone else seeking legal advice about a class action as this seems to be happening to a lot of young drivers and it is unfair and unacceptable practice.
