“Changes premium prices constantly so you end up paying more than original quoted. 100% do not buy insurance from this company.”

“Low cost but sent false texts saying I had exceeded miles. When I checked I hadn't... The texts read we are cancelling your policy. Constantly charging for extra fees for things they say I've done then investigate and then apologies and refunds. Bad company... Deliberately sending badly worded emails to scare you into purchasing more miles when you have enough.”

“Trying to speak with someone? Was on hold for more then 20 minutes & never had a response from my email? Terrible customer service. More interested in money then the customer!!”

“Sometimes when I come out of a junction I have to go fast which means I have to accelerate more than usual so I think that acceleration shouldn’t go against you”
