“To start I paid £214 as a lump sum assuming i had a month before i paid the next installment of £54 rough est. But was shocked to find within a few days my 1st installment was taken from my account. I then recieved my box and then within a month I was told my monthly installment was going up to £89 est due to NCB not being accepted and was told it was because my attachment I sent wasnt good enough proof of NCB. I then got a letter starting I wasnt covered due to my licence not being at correct address and my v5c was incorrect when actually your staff had wrong details on my documents as I didmt even recall who she said the car belonged to. In which I ensured i asked for the written proof and will be here before that date. In which the lady on the phone ensured me it wasnt being actioned until the month after anyway so no rush, to find out on my Direct debit date you took £89 anyway. Then this month I paid my Installment via phone as I had a bank error and the payment wasnt made on date due to £3 being missing to the balance. And then when I rang to pay the installment. I was told not only did I have to pay £77 for my Insurance but I had to pay £30 as a miss payment fee when I rang the day after it was due as I didnt realise it didnt go through until then. I paid it and on my account you have taken it in 3 different amounts. Also I get a letter that day saying I havent paid and I'm now due to pay more fees when ice already paid it.I feel like you just get money any way you can.”

“If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT GO WITH THIS INSURANCE COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT ALL YOUR MONEY TAKEN. Firstly, black box score was an absolute load of rubbish (increased by £30 a month for no reason) which I made no complaint to. Secondly, we changed our car half way through our policy, online it stated £60, which I was happy to pay, until, without warning, they increased my policy to £160 after endless phone calls and talking to the shocking customer service team (who quite clearly put her phone down on the desk to not listen to me) I let it slide and again begrudgingly paid £160 a month. After a car accident I had in January, I contacted the office to tell them about it and kindly asked if I could be informed if the 3rd party was claiming (heard nothing) so I went for a new insurance policy which requested my no claims discount. When I phoned I asked for my no claims to which they said I didnt have, as they hadnt contacted me about the claim against my insurance and I was told it was my responsibility by the manager to call on a weekly if not daily basis to see what was going on, SHOCKING. And not only that they renewed my policy without consent, even after explaining my NEW insurance provider wanted my no claims, £200 was taken out of my account. Of course I phoned and they required some form of email sent to them to say I was already insured (once again more lies) currently on the phone to one of your colleagues who are now saying after 2 weeks of patiently waiting for the money to be put back into my account, who now says I need a certificate from my insurance company as proof. WHAT if I didnt want to drive again how could I prove that???? 0 respect for customers, in a constant battle with this insurance company. They need to be sued”

“Team were helpful and definitely the rewards for good driving behaviour is awesome! However I feel that it would be better to be able to track your performance using an app which would be much quicker and convenient rather than having to log on, just my opinion. Also late night driving has affects my drivers score but other than that it has been great.”

“Been charged double for my car insurance without Being notified after being told my next payment is one thing then being charged that x2. And then after speaking to someone being told there’s nothing they can do.”
