“My price got upped to an extra £400 to park my car outside my boyfriends house twice a week. Everyone was so unhelpful when speaking on the phone. All they cared about was wether he drove my car or not on my insurance policy. My car has only been insured with the company for 3 months and i already know I will NOT be renewing with the company and will tell everybody I know not to use the company. Absolute joke”

“I like wise driving and they seem quite fair but I think with the black boxes, it would be useful to have a map view rather than a daily view so you can see where you were when your score went up/down because then it'll be easier to remedy.”

“Come out when said they were going to for installation, a few weeks later they said it wasn’t working so had to come back out. Getting money back for rewards is very good”

“I have had regular feedback on my driving which has acknowledged that I am a careful driver and that my acceleration and braking are good and appropriate. I have been advised that I am due a reduction in my premiums which has also been confirmed by the finance company.”
