“It was a bit of a patchy start to the policy with them being very hard to get hold off but they've been faultless since. My premiums reduced for a good score after my first review and I've never received this from my first two policies that use telematics. I would recommend these to any young driver who wants to be rewarded with low premiums and the chance of lowering premiums throughout the policy”

“These policies do exactly what they say on the tin. Don't speed, don't accelerate or brake too harshly and watch your premium reduce. Yes, you have to be careful, but the resultant effect makes you a better and more considerate driver. No complaints from me.”

“Good apart from the time and place ratings, unfair to score on this as many young people work late and don’t have a choice but to drive late”

Hi Lewis, Thanks for the review, we take our customer service seriously and will take all feedback on board. In regards to the time of day score this is recorded as statistics show driving between these hours there is a much higher risk of being involved in an accident. You are still able to drive at these times as we do not have a curfew, however the more often you do the higher risk so we suggest that this is kept to as little as possible to limit the impact it will have on the score. If you need more advise on the driving behavior scores, you can use the hints and tips and the help centre on our website. Thanks, Vicky.
