It’s good but when I download the app for the dashboard it doesn’t let me log in it says incorrect password and username but they are correct I don’t understand

I recieve nothing from them. I would like emails and texts on updates on how I’m doing, or even something to help me with the app and logging in. I’m sure this can easily be sorted. Many thanks.

Was charged for “missing” an appointment to have my box installed when the engineeer didn’t phone me to let me know he had arrived and then when I reschueduled and finally had the box fitted he installed it incorrectly and meant I had to book yet another appointment for installation with a much better engineer who explained the terrible job the previous guy had done. So I had to have 3 days off work due to poor work from your engineers and consequentially I was still charged for missing my appointment and when I emailed you about this I was given no response.

Very good and easy to use and communicate enjoy the opportunity to get reduced premiums but also don’t like the fact that they can increase

Your score decreases way too fast but barely ever goes back up no matter how good driving is.

I cancelled the policy within 48hrs, I was kept on hold for ages and they increased my premium by almost £100 because my v5 had a different purchase date ( my car was a repossession ) My direct debit loan has still to be canceled.
