“When you go online to purchase from what you think is Zenith you are actually dealing with an agent company and not necessarily the same agent company, I renewed my insurance last year with zenith and still had to obtain proof of my no clams from zenith to then forward to zenith, dealing with the agent was a farce taking up my time sorting it all out. In my industry we have a KPI called "Delighted Client" we focus on what we need to do to delight our clients, which then generates repeat business. From my experience the system that zenith have in place selling through agents that purport via the website to be Zenith is clearly flawed.”
