Very bad place to purchase on line. FULL SCAM, DON WAIST YOUR MONEY. Over a month emails back and forth to customer service and nothing has been resolved yet.

Gearbest.com is the worst place to buy on the Internet. They list products as available that they do not have in stock. They tell you that in 5 days it will be sent but after waiting for 20 they still cannot tell me when they will send my order.

got a broken lamp. they wouldnt fix it and offered me worthless points instead. dont shop here ever!!!!!

Stay well away from these robbers. I ordered something that clearly said "1 in stock" when on the website. I didnt recieve it. I got in touch with them, and they said it was out of stock, to which i replied i probably bought the last one, and would they check to see if it was me. I got the runaround, until i found the same product on a different page of their site. They said they would send that out to me, and would give me confirmation of when it was being sent. I heard nothing. Its been about 2 months now, and i cant get in touch with them. Trying to contact them through the process on their site keeps giving me an error warning. I reckon thats down to my IP address, and they know its me trying to get in touch, so im blocked. Google them, the tell tale signs are there. its what i should have done before trying to buy from them.

Two out of three orders were not in inventory,yeah really!The will not contact you about it.They take your money quick then its up to you in a few weeks to see whats up.You have been WARNED!

I place an order based on information on Gearbest website. After I paid, I got an email notifying me that my order will arrive 2 weeks later than promised and the package can't be tracked. I tried to fill out the form to contact the company and it was rejected twice for unknown reason (each time I had to fill out all information from the beginning). No way to contact them, no way to cancel the order

Order no: 19041500989803137902 Ticket no: AT200302015354 Ho acquistato un PC 8 mesi fa al prezzo di 397.99 e per un differito di fabbrica ha fatto un corto circuito sulla scheda madre. Ho contattato Gearbest per risolvere il problema attraverso la GARANZIA LEGALE di due anni. In base alla garanzia legale il venditore è OBBLIGATO per legge di ripararlo o sostituirlo. Mi hanno risposto offrendomi 160USD per ripararlo da solo al quale io ho risposto che il tecnico mi ha comunicato che è non è riparabile. Allora gearbest ha chiesto scusa e ha detto che più di 200 USD non possono darmi perché, cito "l'ho già usato per 8 mesi". Se doveste comprare articoli elettronici costosi tenete conto che Gearbest VIOLA LA LEGGE e NON RISPETTA la garanzia legale. Attualmente sono in contatto con il mio avvocato per iniziare un processo e recuperare ciò che per legge mi spetta.

Avoid at all cost - total fraud!!! Bought 300USD item for 3-7 days delivery from Germany. On day 4 my order got updated with DHL parcel number which DHL could not track but thought this happens. Having waited a week then another - nothing came in, Started contacting Gearbest and the seller - Lots of great words of reassurance - they collectively all over my issue - great!! Guess what - 30 days in and my item still remains undelivered. Seller is responding, gearbest liaisng with seller - my parcel number still bogus. 300 USD taken from account. Now working with the bank to get my money back as this is a clear fraud case. Maybe it is only me not being lucky but this was the last time I shopped there. Whole experience truly shocking!!!

Worst purchasing experience I’ve had. Pre-ordered a drone in December with delivery indicated for January. Cancelled order in March due to delivery being pushed back to April. Not worth the hassle. Recommend to shop elsewhere.

We had ordered a robot vacumm. We received it on 27/09/2019.It had a problem with the right wheel and it was not working.Since 11/10/2019 I was sending mails to Gearbest . but had no reply. Anyway on 22/10-2019 the reply to me asking fotos,videos,invoices and so on.I sent everything.Then I waited 10 more days for a reply. Then they told me that the 45 days for return had passed ( of course I was waitng their reply).Anyway I agreed to sent me a spare part. I received it on 17/01/2020. and it was THE WRONG wheel. I start to think that they are jocking. I informed then immediatelly and the reply to me on 25/02/2020 (after a lot of mails) asking fotos,videos and so on. I still dont know which will be the conclution. So according to my opinion, you have to stay away

They sold me a non-existent product as if they had it in stock. Seeing that they did not send it after 12 days, I contacted them. They replied that they do not have it and the shipping time is indefinite. On their page it appears as an existing product with a shipping time of 15-30 days.

The hoover constantly looses its mapping so need resetting, it gets stuck and the customer service suggestion was to move the docking station - which I did. It lost its map again and the rudest chat customer service contact (Luis) couldn't help as they only deal with pre sales. There's no way to speak to anyone post sale other than via tickets - which is a waste of time.

Huge scammers they will take your money and then not post your item out, I ordered a laser cutting machine on 31/12/19 and paid with PayPal, weeks later it was still not showing as been dispatched so I decided to cancel the order. I contacted there online live customer service and they sounded very helpful and told me I would get a refund within 3 days but i had a feeling it was just all talk and I have dealt with Chinese companies before and know they are known to be the worlds largest scammers so I took screen shots of the entire conversation I had with their online live customer service, and lucky I did because 3 days came and went and still no refund a week goes by and still no refund so then I decided to open a case on PayPal and added the screen shots as proof, best gear then sent me a message on there saying that they couldn’t issue a refund whilst a case was open and asked if I would close it. Luckily I wasn’t born yesterday and refused to do so and In the end I had to get PayPal to step in and with the screen shots and then bestgear lying and telling me to close the case first they didn’t have a leg to stand on and PayPal refunded my money but if it wasn’t for my quick thinking and saving proof I would had lost nearly £300. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY.

I order Xiaomi Redmi 8 cellphone on Black Friday (28/11/19),was payed additional £3.45 shipping guarantee tax. Nothing received after more than 2 months. One week after delivery deadline expire date they didn't answer to my messages on support tickets.

I ordered a product and received a poor copy of what what presented on the site. When I disputed the order Gearbest stopped responding. After several weeks and 10 reminders I now had to do a Fraud Dispute at my bank and Master Card to get my money back. Also - I had to pay additional 12 USD for custom fees.

Beware of ordering from Gearbest. I ordered from them a few items and it’s all was ok until I had a problem and since then I saw they have a very bad customer service. I ordered at the 26/02/19 two items. They had inventory problem with one of the items, so they decided to delay the shipment. After almost two months of sending them messages to check what with the shipment they agreed to send one of the products (that was on 13/04/19). (The first item came damaged from the factory and they gave full refund for) The second item was never shipped and after another two months of wait I asked to refund me the money instead back to my Paypal account. Instead they decided to refund to the GB wallet so I will be captive customer. I insisted of getting my money back to my Paypal account and then they decided to delete my account. After 8 moth and 3 other tickets they deleted I got partly refunded for the second item. While I was waiting for the two items and the refund, I was promised a 50 points compensation for every week I’ll wait, and they never done that instead they offered only 300. In the process of getting back my money I had to resign to Gearbest and loos all of my former history purchases, point, favorite items etc. After resigning I saw I can’t do any orders with my account and again opened a ticket and It’s been 2 months and they keep asking the same questions without doing anything and it’s all outcome of not refunding the money and deleting the account. For now, I still have 4 unresolved problems with them: 1. they only gave me partial refund. (after 8 months) 2. My account was deleted and never restored. 3. I can’t make any new orders because I get an error. 4. I wasn’t compensated as promised. So, I would be aware of ordering from Gearbest if you’ll have a problem, they have the worst costumer service. If they are serious in solving my problems, they will contact me directly and not send me to the customer service.

Gearbest may be a consumer fraud or fail to deliver or refund. DO NOT USE GEARBEST. For latest iterations from China, try Amazon UK.
