“Was a little dubious about the ear pods and smart watch I bought as I believe if it looks to good to be true it probably is. In this instance though I couldn’t have been more wrong! Why pay the big bucks when you don’t have too!!”

“while their delivery is quick and their response team is efficient, they are not good if you have to return a product, hence .. unless you plan to keep the product no matter if it fits or not, i wouldnt purchase from them again”

“I got the AirPods Pro and When I first got them they were really good and very fast postage but they don’t work after a while After 2 weeks the AirPods case fell apart and only one works now so now I have to buy different earphones”

“I placed my order in a Friday before 3pm paid an extra £5.95 for a speedier delivery and the order didn't arrive until the following Tuesday. I also bought one of the smart watches, before I made the purchase I spoke to an agent to ensure there was no nickel in the watch and I was told the watch was made with stainless steel and silicone. I asked again does this contain any nickel on the sensors etc. I was told "No rest assured this does not contain nickel." After wearing the watch for an hour I developed a rash exactly like any other nickel rashes I have had. Overall I wasn't really impressed with the customer service or the products. When I asked about the delivery I was told I didn't place the order in enough time to qualify for next day delivery when I did. I challenged this and was then advised there was an error and my order was missed.”
