“I received a set of headphones that didn't work and fell apart in my hands. After sending 2 videos of the headphones not working I requested a refund, with no response. I've now sent the earphones back to HQ and not heard back.”

“The watch looks good but does not operate as described. The app needs fixing as soon as possible as it DOES NOT do what is claims it should be doing. I’ve actually given up using the app and only use the smart watch as a watch to tell the time.”
