“We ordered the EarPod pro and when they first arrived we followed the set up instructions. Unfortunately one earpiece was faulty and did not work. We emailed customer support and sent over videos showing the faults. They immediately responded and apologised and sent a new set of EarPods. They are great the sound quality is excellent and easy to set up. Great value for money.”

“Beware!! Beware!!! Compatible Lightning to 30-Pin Adaptor not working! Didn’t replace or refund money! On the description saying that should work with iPhone 6 but it’s not true! Ignore for all my requests for refund! I wrote to this address; info/a/geargeek.co.uk 3 times, asking for a refund and asking to send me a postal label to return item. So far I haven't received any response from you.”
