“Even though I'd missed the deadline for sending the iPhone back (Apple had a 2 to 3 week delay in sending the 7+ black to me) gecko honoured the initial estimate. Great communication, great service and great price. Do not be put off by the bad reviews, these all look like they are from people who didn't tell the truth when filling out the details. I will definitely use again.”

“I hardly ever write reviews but when the service is so rapid and satisfying you can't resist. From beginning to end everything was so rapid and no hick ups. From when I got quoted, I revived the send out pack in couple of days. Everything was inside, didn't even have to print the labels or anything. Took it to post office next day and it was with them in 1 day and letting me know through email confirmation. Payment was a couple of hours after they received it. All went smooth and the highest quote of all other companies. Highly recommend!!”

“I'd never heard of this company before so I was a little apprehensive. Still, I accepted the quotation on the Gecko Mobile website and received a pre-paid envelope and sticker from them the next day (note: they don't provide a box). I packaged up the iPad and sent it. Gecko Mobile received it the next day and emailed me to say so. A couple of hours later they emailed me again to say they've transferred me the money and, sure enough, I check my internet banking and there it was. I was quite amazed. No messing about, no downgrading the quote after receiving the device, just honest and super-efficient. I'll definitely use them again.”

“I think the service is very good I cannot knock that at all, But I feal abit upset due to a piece of plastic being lodged in the earphone socket were I have had to have a cut in price of £135 25 to £ 50.00 due to the above defect Bob Notts”

“I found this service on a price comparison site. The ratings weren't the highest but the price quoted was. The service was efficient, I made an enquiry which was answered efficiently, by someone with decent English. The money quoted has just gone into my account in just over a week, bearing in mind it has been a long bank holiday. Well done Gecko people”
