“A perfect sales experience. Quick, efficient, good communication - and no dodgy gimmicks where they offer a high price and then offer a lower one (have experienced this several times from other iPhone/iPad trade-in sites). Dealing with Gecko was a pleasure. Pre-paid packaging received two days after I placed the sale order; as the postage is 24-hour, they received the iPhone 1 working day after posting; received a confirmation email later that day that they were going to honour the original offer price, and a secondary confirmation 2 hours after that that the money was in my account. Which it was! Seamless, faultless. No complaints.”
