“My mom has bought me several pieces of jewellery unfortunately the stones in many of my rings have come out. Ashame really as mom has spent alot of money with gems.”

“Bought a lovely aquamarine ring, wore it for literally 15 minutes and the stone had fallen out and couldnt find it anywhere, so cannot return it, would never buy any ring with claw fixing from gemporia again.”

“Returned several items of jewellry Two pieces a braclet and a ring was of poor quality I waited 6 days to recieve an email stating they had been recieved Had nothing Had to phone yet again Still no confermatiin Untill i gave them the tracking number i was then told it had been recieved but would have to wait another 4 to 5 days for an email and another 7 to 10 days for my money back in total over two weeks Bad custimer service”
