“Ordered an AVR and outdoor cover for my generator. From England to Southern Ohio, received it in 2 work days. Part was exact match, it took about 15-20 minutes to install. Generator runs perfect now Thanks for the help”

“They substituted a different size capacitor than what I ordered and then they said it's close enough. It's tolerances are outside of my spec range for what I ordered. They said I can return it at my expense, this is unacceptable as they did not send what I ordered and the cost to send it back from USA is prohibitive.”

“I was a truck mechanic for 42 years, so when my neighbor asked if I could repair his generator, of course I can. The H07552 unit would start but run for only a minute or so. I removed the carb & found 2 of 3 carb & iso plate gaskets torn. Installed 3 new gaskets & tried again. NOT a whole lot of help. Removed rocker cover & found intake push tube off its rocker. R & I engine head to inspect lifters and reassembled. Thanks to Generator Guru for suppling all the gaskets, valve settings & eng.torques.”

“Needed a new tank for my Wolf 800 at fuel tap had sheared off. Their site was easy to use . There were actually people I could contact if I had a problem The delivery was fast and cheap. Would be my first to place to go if I have problems in the future”

“I am a volunteer with the Commemorative Air Force. Recently our generator wouldn't start which i found was caused by low compression due to a broken head bolt. I ordered all parts thru generaror guru. I received all the correct parts at a good price and requested torque specs to complete the job also.”

“I was sent the right part as ordered and needed to know valve clearance and torque setting for cylinder head bolts I got an email with the clearances but not the torque setting but very pleased with the service thanks”

“I have purchased at few parts for my champion generator since no one will work on it for its from China. . Well I bought the parts on genrator guru and my husband fixed it. They even missed one of my parts I ordered. I emailed them and they shipped it almost over night. Thank you guys. You fixed my generator to heat our house incase of a storm minus the labor for husband did it. :)”
