“For over 6 months I have been trying to get an Idle Control Switch for my DuroMax XP10,000EH generator, first from DuroMax and then thru Northern Tool. Finally I tried Generator Guru at first they said they didn't have one but they went above and beyond by asking for pictures of the part and they would try to match it up with something they did have. Again no luck, but a few weeks later they actually called me and said they had located some and was I still interested. Finally a company with GREAT follow up!!”
