“thank you so much, Jane Gordon for your prompt reply, & good advice I'm going to do it like you said, clean it, then rebuild carb,asap. last winter was super cold here in Oklahoma. must have a reliable generator, just in case. Don't you think then that using 100% gas is better? I'll send again when I "get her going" thanks again. terry”

“My questions were answered VERY quickly (even at 0630 am!), and gave me the help and advice I needed. In the event I didn't go through with a repair, and upgraded to a new (better suited) generator instead, but this in no way detracts from the service I received. I was particularly impressed with the spares available for what was originally a very cheap unit.”

“My generator stopped producing enough electricity at the 110 plug to start my drill or fan. They gave great info as to where to start looking for my problem. I got it figured out in short time due to the info I got from these people. They sent me a email quickly with info to help me get it fixed. It is up and running again thanks to their help.”

“The service was fantastic. Free help isn't easy to get and it was great accurate help at that. Very easy to understand video, then great assistance from a tech to help me through it. I definitely will be contacting them again if I have more problems.”

“Thanks for the advice on my Honda ES 2500 cx generator. Really helpful. I fitted a new petrol filter, new carburetor kit and spark plug. Engine is running a lot better, no longer surging and able to run with the choke fully open. Just has a slight carburetor misfire and running to rich. Think the dealership might have supplied incorrect carb kit. Thanks again. Gerald Davis.”

“I have a Pro user G850 that has not been used for over 10 years. With a broken pull start replaced and some technical advise from the Generator Guru, it started up on the second pull ! Well pleased with the service they provided and would definitely recommend giving them a call.”
