“i am not going to go on about this that and the other the advice i would give is try them out i think you will be suprised they care for there customers and go that extra mile to solve any problems that mioght pop up for service id give them 10 out of 10for service dont take my word for it try them out youl be suprisedbye”

“Excellent customer service. I was not able to locate the model number on my generator. I did however have the serial number, which Zak took the time to locate the model number from serial number and verified the part I was ordering was correct. Received the part ahead of estimated delivery and worked fine. Thanks again for your excellent customer service.”

“i have bought a lot of partsthese days its rare to find a firm that puits customers firstbut this firm has got the formula perfectthey delivery is very fast price is very fairon the rare you have to return an item its ok refunds are very fast this firm rates 10 out of10 for customer servicewould highly recomend themto everyone keep up the good work hope youkeep on good work”

“My generator wouldn't start after oil change.Found Generator Guru on the internet and explained the problem. They answered within a couple of days advising me to make sure the oil was filled right to the top .I added some oil and it now starts and runs fine. Excellent service !”
