“I have an old generator that had been stored for some years and had no output. With the help of Zak on the phone and the instructions he emailed to test the generator It is now working fine. First class service from a first class company.”

“I ordered a capacitor for the generator on my boat from Generator Guru. Pricing was reasonable and I received the capacitor within a week. However, the capacitor I received was a slightly lower mircofarad rating than what I ordered. When I contacted them, they said they just send a comparable capacitor. If you look closely in very fine print, they state this on their website. They have offered to refund my money less the shipping. I would also have the pay the return shipping to the UK. I will not do business again with this company and will be filing a claim with my credit card.”
