“Rear mat for my transit custom was perfect shape but about 2inches too small all the way around!! Useful and useless, saves 95% of my floor but what’s the point in making a cover that doesn’t fully cover…”

“I purchased a set of mats online that were next to the top of the range and I was expecting good quality. The material was thin with little pile and the edging was badly finished. This was a very disappointing purchase. A good reason to see before you buy.”

“Mats good quality, just passenger side mat to small, and back ones to short and too narrow, no trimmed around, disappointed with the size and gap cutting. Looking like not premium, but budget range.Need increase on size, See pictures”

“P!ss poor service. If like most people who want to buy car specific mats for a car you may have recently purchased, going nearly 16 days since the order was placed to delivery is poor. The website gives no indication of this time period you have to wait. Clearly being made abroad hence the waiting period despite being UK based. Customer service is poor and vague answers provided when this was chased on 2+ occasions. The previous reviews denote similar issues over a period of time, so clearly not got their act together. If you are prepared to wait then order, if you want something quick.... avoid this company.”

“The quality of the mats are great but it wasn't fitted and when i emailed about it i was told there is usually a 2cm gap, as you can see from the pics theres around a 7cm fap all around. Nothing was done to resolve this”

“The fit and quality of the mats I received was awful. The fronts we're for the wrong seat configuration. The rears were cut to short and one side cut was not straight. I contacted Get Car Mats and was told that it would be investigated with the suppliers. After a few emails were exchanged,. I stopped getting responses. Eventually I got my money back be opening a case with PayPal. Don't buy from this company!”

“Very dissatisfied with this company as after giving make model and year of car I recieved mats that do not fit, after various emails they will not replace with proper mats or refund my money. I am now out of pocket and left with a set of mats that are no use to me.”

“Absolutely terrible company - Don't use them I ordered my car mats nearly 6 weeks ago and after being told for 4 weeks that they were on the way I finally asked for a refund. Once I had requested a refund I just got ignored and no one even responded to my emails. Conveniently they only responded to me after 6 weeks once I had put a negative review on trust pilot for them, this was the only thing that stopped them from ignoring me. Still haven't received my money back”

“Mats came wrong cost me £8 to return them a d about 4 weeks to give a refund fobbed off with emails like "we are awaiting Inspection of the return from the factory" I'm sure people have been lucky and had better experience than me however I will never use them again. Terrible.”

“used get car mats number plate system to order - numberplate flagged van as LWB not SWB. Emailed immediately to change / rectify the order, no reply until the next day, then told orders can't be changed from the moment money has been taken as they are custom orders. It's a transit van? hardly a rare vehicle!”

“Poorly finish and heel pad wasn’t even straight. Premium should mean above average, these were well below that. Customer service not interested, if you want quality mats, look elsewhere.”
