“Excellent customer service - The customer service is excellent and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending getgeared to anyone. Timely responses and friendly staff make purchasing easy. I returned an item as I didn't like the way it fitted, there was no fault with the product it was my issue but I received a no quibble refund after sending it back free of charge. I previously purchased a textile jacket and prior to ordering it I sent a few emails requesting info about the sizing and the staff were extremely helpful. I will definitely use getgeared again”
