“Sent an item back, took ages to acknowledge its return , then forgot to send my refund . Then ordered a jacket , took payment , nearly a week later I am now told it’s out of stock and if I want a refund instead of something else I’ll have to wait 7 days for a refund , come on Get Geared , that’s not playing ball”

“Ordered a motorbike dust cover which arrived quite quickly. Problems occurred when I returned it the same day to exchange for a rain cover. Communication is non existent so I had to chase by email which took days to get a reply. Weeks down the line I got told when I phoned the cover would be with me the following week. Phoned again when that didn't happen and got told by Beth there was no stock of the one I ordered.Shocking customer service..when I asked for answers as to why I kept getting different stories I was told we are going round in circles. I have no clue why they advertise on a website as saying they have stock, take your money then a month later you eventually get told no stock. Stay clear unless you know they have stock on site. My advise would be to call first and check before parting with you money.”

“Ordered a Crash Helmet did not state was not in stock, money taken anyway told would be middle of April , then told May with no firm date asked for refund nearly 2 weeks after being told would be 1 week for refund still no money in my account not happy at all with your Company's after sales really poor, will not be recommending to friends. Really disappointed”
