“Prompt, helpful and fast! - I ordered a Helmet, Jacket and Trousers, though the helmet I ordered was out of stock, and my trousers were due to be delivered from their supplier. I received an email from one of the team at GetGeared, offering me alternative helmets at a similar budget and even offered to send my parcel without waiting for the trousers to come in. Very friendly, very helpful.”

“excellent - Bought a helmet from them. No problem with returns. When I had a query they were very quick to respond and sort things out for me. As a side benefit the Shoei that I bought was cheaper than anywhere else I could see.”

“Price match fail - The advert reads "we will match any offer" so I emailed them an offer on an action camera £10 cheaper at curry's. Prompt reply from GG telling me they won't price match as it is out of stock at currys, fair enough I think and order anyway paying extra for quick delivery. Then I get an email from GG stating that they have no stock but they will send it when stock arrives. Stock eventually arrived and my item was sent but not the great service I expect from Get Geared”

“Great customer service, just a shame I had to find out - Absolutely excellent customer service and painless returns, just a shame that the goods provided weren't suitable (no fault of GetGeared). “Good treatment but inefficient timeline - Due to an inadequate shipping format, the purchased good was directly returned from royal Mail to Getgeared and thus it took quite long to clarify situation and have the good shipped again to me in the right procedure. Suficient interaction and excellent response from Customer Service in Getgeared though.”

“New helmet - I was in the Yorkshire area over the new year and I decided to call into Get Geared to look at helmets. I had seen one on the website that interested me. It was a good lid, the only problem was I was unsure if I could bring it onto my flight home to Ireland, Mr. Ryanair would no doubt levy a new charge for oversize headgear. The lads looked after me and the lid arrived the following Thursday by courier. First class service, really nice lads...and lady !!!!”

“Very efficient on line service. Product exactly as advised. - Bought a Revitt Goretex balaclava which was claimed could be worn outside as well as inside the jacket. I had been looking for something like this for ages as the collar of my waterproof leather jacket is cut too low to keep the rain out. This product has meant I can wear the leather jacket in all conditions. Get geared were fast and efficient.”

“Good service - It wasn't clear until I had actually paid for the item I purchased that it was out of stock which prompted me to try ringing the company. Each time I would get so far and the phones would then cut out which started me thinking this wasn't a genuine website. However I persevered trying to phone them and eventually got through. I spoke to a helpful assistant who assured me the goods would be in stock in a few days. This proved to be the case and the goods arrived very quickly.”
