“This is the first time I have used GetGeared and I am thoroughly impressed by their order processing, delivery and customer services. Trying a new brand of helmet I ordered 2 different sizes with neither of them fitting me so, returned it and requested an exchange for one of them for a bigger size. I was due to go out on a ride on Easter Sunday so, rang customer services and spoke to Suzy, who is the CS Manager. She was ever so helpful and assured me that I would receive my new helmet in due time for my Sunday ride. Mind you, she and GetGeared weren't really obliged to do this as they would have eventually sent out a new helmet according to their system and its processing. But, I am glad Suzy went the extra mile to send the helmet out and confirmed it with a phone call too. I did receive the new helmet on Saturday well in time for my ride. Tested it for 6 hours on Sunday, it is absolutely lovely helmet. Thank you Suzy and GetGeared for sorting this out for me. I really appreciate it. You have a new loyal customer now :-).”
