“Great customer service - Ok so unfortunately I was sent a damaged helmet. Easily happens and it was probably by the people who made it as it was still in its sealed box well packed. I emailed getgeared and they sent me out a new one and swapped it via DPD. I didn't have to lift a finger. Great service from the team. 10/10 would shop again”

“Excellent Service - I ordered Gerbing heated clothing. 2 items in stock 2 items out of stock. I was told out of stock items would be delivered in 5-7 days and in stock items 3 days. Get Geared obviously went the extra mile because I received all 4 items within 2 days of ordering. Very Impressive. I haven't tried the Gerbing gear yet so its just 5 stars for the service provided.”
