I've been trying to get a response from GetTech regarding an issue with the Phone I've purchased from them, but have had no response or follow up. Just left with a problem phone, that I'll have to replace.

Ordered phone on Jan 2, my account was charged immediately. They emailed on Jan 6 that there was a delay, gave me no indication of how long it might be. Finally asked for a refund on Feb 2 and they told me it would take 5-10 days. When I complained it appeared in my PayPal the same day. No apologies. Really frustrating experience. Ended up buying from Swappie and it was painless.

I ordered a phone that was supposed to be in stock but it didn't arrive after the indicated 2-3 days and I only got an update when I asked for it. The answer was that they weren't sure when it would be in so I cancelled the order. I did receive the refund within a week or so so that was good.

I have bought several iphones from GetTech over the years and bought another on the 8th November for my wife's birthday. I was told the phone would be delivered by Thursday or Friday, the email states 2/3 days. On Friday i rang GetTech when there was no sign of the phone to be informed that it would not be dispatched until that day and would not be delivered until Monday, that DPD would not deliver on a Saturday or i could not go to their base to collect. By coincidence i met a DPD driver doing a delivery at lunchtime Friday and he had my phone for me. There appears to be no contact between sales and dispatch in GetTech and i was given the wrong information completely on that Friday. i was going to buy a phone from another shop when i made my inquiry from the DPD driver. i have dealt with GetTech on several occasions over the years and found them to be good and the phones reliable but i received very poor customer service on this occasion.

I can see your order was placed after 3pm on the 8th of November - and I'm glad to hear that it arrived to you on time, and within our estimate, on the 12th! I can see that you received a confirmation of dispatch via email on Thursday 11th, along with a tracking number and an estimated delivery time window. You also received notifications from DPD on Friday 12th to say that your parcel was on the van and out for delivery, along with an updated delivery time. I would like to offer our sincere apologies for the incorrect information you received from our customer service team in relation to your delivery time - there does seem to have been a miscommunication in that regard. I truly apologise for any confusion or upset caused. I am glad though, that you received your delivery on time. Please do note that the agent in question was correct in advising that, unfortunately, we cannot request Saturday deliveries with DPD at this time, and depot pick is also not available. This is not by our choice, this is due to DPD themselves. Please let us know if there is anything we can do better your experience and resolve this. We will do our best to help! Phone is as ordered but took 7 days to arrive. I contacted Gettech 3 times for updates on my order they told me order had shipped but no shipping info appeared for 2 days. I paid for the new battery €29 but what Gettech dont say is that use none Apple parts, phone is now showing error message that battery cannot be verified. I’ve bought 3 phones from Gettech but think I’ll shop around in future as I believe they’re better option available

So far, a poor experience. Phone (iPhone XS max) worked out of the box but screen stopped responding to inputs an hour later despite my extensive troubleshooting, running iOS updates etc. Had to swap back to my old iphone 6. Delivery also took 4 days, as they somehow couldn't ship it to me next day despite ordering on Tuesday morning and living in the same city, and I had to submit a support inquiry on Thursday to get an update on when it was actually getting sent. Support responded within 20 minutes though, so at least they're expedient. After that it took another two days which I admittedly can't fault them for with delivery delays all over the country, though again, same city? They're getting two stars on credit because the other reviews seem very positive with working phones and their support was very quick. I have faith my experience will be improved, at which point I'll happily delete this or update this review to reflect that experience.

Really pleased with my phone it took nearly a week to get here but I'd say that was covid related ,the only thing iam disappointed with is the fact I wasn't supplied with a charging cable and until I enquired as to how I was supposed to charge it they then told me they ran out and one was in the post,iam still waiting, and it came with wrong plug which when plugged in with luckily borrowed charger says slow charging !

I ordered 2 iPhone 6s from Gettech... They took 7 days to deliver. one arrived in perfect condition the other arrived with scratches all over. I am returing one for a refund but wouldn't expect the other to arrive in time for Christmas.. v disappointed. It's difficult to show the scratches in a pic/video. Bought iphone 8. When it arrived battery was flat and would not charge with cable supplied contacted support that advised to try another charger -tried 2 more charging cables still will not charge. Thought would be tested before being shipped disappointed

I have to start saying that the shipment was good and I received the phone in good conditions (some scratches, but I expected them). I received it nearly to months ago and the battery conditions are really poor, this should be refurbished with a new battery and it dies without using it in less than half a day. If I used it too much or play any game then the phone gets really warm and the battery lasts 4 hours max. Also, the screen doesn't work really good, sometimes it gets blocked using WhatsUp. Apart from the purchasing process and the shipment, I'm really disappointed with my phone.
