I recently sold an iPhone to GetTech, while I did not get what I expected in terms of price, the overall process was reasonably simple and the monies arrived promptly in my account.

Hi communication was good but very disappointed you put 2 sets of airpods in one box it's obvious they are xmas gifts.

Ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Another colour had to be shipped due to them not having the colour I paid for

Phone arrived in good condition but took 28 days. If the product isn’t available you shouldn’t take payment. I used humm as a method of payment that is provided on the get tech website, so i was unable to secure a seamless refund. I was really disappointed with my experience and also found the lack of clarity in the communication about the timeline of my delivery frustrating. Although I have used get tech in the past I’m not sure I would use them again after this experience.

I ordered an iPhone 7 and the phone I received was perfect, no issues at all. The only problem was the phone took nearly a month to deliver. Get tech said this was due to covid related supply shortages but it was still no ideal to wait so long. Overall I would recommend using GetTech

Good customer service, the girl that was helping me was really nice and understanding. The only flaw was the delivery. When I ordered it said that I will get my phone in 1-2 working days but I got in 3 weeks, no email to notify me about the delay or anything, I had to call in weekly for an update myself.

Great choice of product at competitive price. A delay of a couple of days with supply issues was a no little disappointing but staff were helpful when I called. Similarly, the wrong phone cover was dispatched but once highlighted, replacement was sent immediately.

I live around the corner from the shop and they still wanted me to order online - which I did. So, instead immediate help I was without a phone for 4 days. It arrived with a non-fitting case which I tried on and as a result the cover screen broke. Additionally, the power-bank cable was dead, hence not chargeable. So back to the shop. They were apologetic and replaced all the items. Yet, I would have been happier to do all that at day ONE as there would have been no broken items and no waiting time.
