“The phone is very good, service and postage very bad”

“I ordered from this website about 2 years ago and LOVED it, for this reason I chose to buy a new phone from here too. I was disappointed with the service. I ordered an IPhone 11 pro Max IN GOLD, after 3 days my phone hadn’t arrived and I noticed my status was still “processing” I messaged someone on the website about this problem but got no answer, after a few hours I messaged again and found out the Gold was currently unavailable yet no one had told me until I contacted them TWICE. I settled for a black instead because i didn’t want to wait 2 weeks for the gold to be available. The next week I got an email confirming my phone was sent BUT instead of being sent with a courier like I requested it was sent with An Post. I love the phone but the service was horrible and disappointing.”

“Great service but unfortunately my new refurbished iPhone 7 the screen kept freezing on me, not allowing me to use the phone. Returned the phone to GetTech and hoping for an iPhone that works properly. Otherwise I have heard good things about GetTech.”

“It's fine. I suppose you get what you pay for. Wrong coloured phone arrived originally. Decided to keep it for my wife. Paid for it at a reduced rate. Another wrong phone sent but notified and we didn't open it. Right phone arrived Decided to return my wife's phone as appeared to have speaker issues Return accepted Refund at reduced rate”

“Hi I received my new, pre-owned phone on Tuesday of this week. It arrived exactly as Gettech said it would. Delivered by An Post in a sturdy box. It is as perfect as one could imagine a pre-owned phone could be. There isn't a mark on it. I am very satisfied with that. I had issues however connecting to my bluetooth devices. I contacted Gettech help/service and they sent me the apple articles to do with this problem which didn't solve it. I was a bit disappointed then that that was as far as the help went. Gettech did offer to replace the phone if I wasn't happy. I spent the whole day trying to solve the problem which I finally did by plugging in the phone ( by pure fluke because the phone was charged and there was no discernible reason to plug it in). It connected then to my devices and by turning my wifi off and then on again I solved a problem there was about listening to podcasts. I sent on this troubleshooting information then and got no acknowledgement from Gettech which was a little disappointing because this would surely save someone else time and frustration. As I said earlier the phone itself is exactly as Gettech said it would be and I was happy with the value and the fact that we can reuse products that are perfectly serviceable. Thank you.”

“Firstly it took over a week to come and I had ordered the black iPhone 11 Pro Max and they send the white one witch had cost more than the black but either way I am still satisfied just confused as to why it was a different color”

“Iphone works great however i was waiting for delivery nearly 2 weeks and I had to follow up with customer service few times. customer service isn’t great and you can contact to them via email only which i find strange its nearly impossible to contact via phone”

“Product I ordered was sent out 2nd November registered post, I did not receive until 9th November, when I contacted Gettech I was asked to wait a full seven days from postage! Item was in good condition, happy with it.”

“To whom it concerns. I ordered my phone on the 30th Sep. (19:12) it did not arrive untill the 8th Oct. your add says two(2) days delevery i should have receved it by 5th Oct. thats allowing 5 days to delever. i sent a email to customer service re some kind of gesture of good will , maybe a phone cover, flip type still waiting for response Regards John C Murray”

“Bought an I Phone 7 recently - reconditioned phone which cost me €220 - very disappointed in the battery life as its not great. otherwise, all very efficient when I ordered the phone arrived very quickly.”

“Phone was great better than expected however incorrect accessories arrived which was one of the reasons I chose to order my phone here so contacted the live agent chat on the website and was told a new one would be sent out . I followed up with the live agent chat and was told that the replacement case and screen protector had not been sent out and to contact support via email. I should not have been told by the support agent that it would be sent”

“Got an iPhone X back in May & have been holding off doing a review to make sure it was accurate. The iPhone X I got in May was pre-owned, looked pretty good, some signs of wear & tear but I was happy with it. The phone over heated & completely died after 1 month, wouldn’t turn back on, thankfully had iCloud up to date so lost nothing. Contacted customer support, prompt reply with return instructions, which was free. I posted the phone on Thurs, they got the phone on Friday, diagnostics to figure out what was wrong with the phone took until Tuesday, another 2 days to organise a new phone for me, dispatched Thurs & I got it Friday, so a whole 8 days without a phone one month after I had spent €500+ on one, fairly frustrating! But aside from the turn around time everything was straightforward, a replacement phone was issued with no hassle, its also pre-owned & few more scratches & obvious signs of this than the previous one but this one appears to be working well with no hitches so far.”
