Terrible. No shipping updates after 10 working days. Passed from pillar to post when contacting their customer service. The phrase cheap does not always pay is very apt when it comes to this company.

Purchased a pair of Boots from Get The Label via Groupon deal. Unfortunately the Boots were too small and I have attempted to go through their returns policy. On their website it states that you can arrange for Collect Plus drop off at cost of £2.50. This seems to be at odds with the url on the invoice which sends you through to a company called Rebound. This allows you to use either Royal Mail at cost of £5.25 or UPS at a cost of £6.10. Really think this is absolutely atrocious charges. Decided to keep the Boots and drop them off at a Charity shop. States on their website that 92% of goods never get returned - Wonder why?? Will never purchase anything from these people again. Buyer Beware.

Never received my Parcel, you use Hermes who are literally a joke, and now every time I email for my refund, it rejects my email!!!! So I’m out of pocket which was a Christmas present

I purchased a few clothing items from getthelabel.com on the 12th of July. In a week I had received my order and I was not happy with some of the clothes that had been delivered to me. On the 19th of July, I lodged a return which was to be processed by outbound returns, a company that get the label has partnered with to make returning goods 'easier'. After paying the amount for the returns I waited for rebound returns to contact me regarding the package, which didn't happen. I ended up contacting getthelabel and I was told that I could drop the parcel off at any post office for it to be sent back. I was promised a refund for the money I had paid for the services of rebound, which I still have not received. I went into the post office and was then told that they did not know of rebound and were not associated with them in any way. I contacted customer care again and the agent then told me I needed to pay for postage to ensure that the return gets back to them. I went into the post office and paid for the package to be sent to rebound on the 4th of August. While all this was happening, I forgot to put the return form in the bag and I contacted getthelabel with images of the package and receipt, and I was assured that my return would still be processed based on my invoice. Today, the 13th of August, I contacted customer services to follow up on my return and I was told that I sent the package to the wrong address. This is the point where I'm getting mad now. Last week I went as far as showing them an image of the package and no one bothered to mention that the address was wrong. I had an opportunity to stop the package as it had not yet been delivered. After all that I've been put through, getting incorrect information, having my time wasted and my money wasted, the agent had the nerve to tell me to get the parcel and send it to a different address. This happens to be the same agent who has been giving me all the incorrect information that led to this but will not take responsibility for his actions. I have experienced terrible service but this is the worst to date and I strongly advise against using the services of getthelabel as the customer is not their main focus. Getthelabel is all about profits and will not take responsibility for their wrong doing, regardless of the losses that their actions can cause to customers. I'm starting to think that getthelabel is not interested in paying me my refund at all. Maybe all this is a ploy to make me give up on my refund even though the clothes are now with rebound, a company contracted by them. Only getthelabel would know.

Horrible customer-NO-service. Sent faulty item promised me a free return label, waited weeks they ain’t done Sh** They don’t answer phone, emails or twitter. When I finally got hold of them they phone they hung up on me. Rubbish site, can’t even log in. Absolutely nonsense. I will never buy from them again.

Paid for next day didnt hear anything and still not here two days later ordered on a monday before the cut of bit and not heard anything the worse customer service and the worst website for clothes online shocking do not buy

I want to return an item it cost me 3.95 for delivery and they want double that to return it absolutely disgraceful will never order from them again

I returned my item the same day as it… I returned my item the same day as it wasn't as described & it took them 22 days to issue me a refund after chasing it up with them & still I had to pay for the postage & return ( over 8£ in total). Never ever will use them again. Worst service, stay clear

Sent back clothes, and was told that they received the package and refund was on its way 3-5days. I email about 3 weeks later asking where the refund was, as not in my bank. Month and a half later still no refund. Now I have to chase around trying to find out what’s happened and some women just tells me it’s been done. This is poor service and if they don’t sort it out I won’t be ordering anything again. Check your bank always after sending anything back to them!

This company is a complete disgrace. First time ordering from this company.  NEVER AGAIN, I'd rather pay full price for designer items without the hassle. Placed my order on the 30th November which has still not been received.  Customer services advised that no tracking was placed on my delivery so have classed as missing.  Now they have arranged for a further re-delivery but the majority of my items are now out of stock. My delivery has still not been received to date and this company has done nothing to compensate for all these issues.  Warning to anyone considering ordering from this company, there customer services appear to have a bunch of brain dead monkeys working for them with no customer service training whatsoever.

Absolute shocking service, first time I tried to order and add to my basket 30 seconds later item was out of stock in all sizes, next time I ordered a product 2 it said it had stock in my size it let me add to checkout and make payment, I then receive an email welcoming me to the Get The Label gang and they are happy I have made my first order. Then 2 days later I get an email telling me my item is out of stock so I won't be receiving it, all you get is oh sorry our system doesn't update straight away, I doubt it takes 2 days to update, won't be ordering anything again from these people, it seems they advertise great products at a very cheap price, but appears they only have very limited stock, so basically it's a lottery if they have stock or not even after they have taken your order

Such bad service! "lost" my order but took them a week to realise even when I told them it had Ben delivered to an address in a different country! And then had to wait a week for a refund.. Shocking customer service too

Paid for next day delivery on a sunday so should be with me by tuesday. No not with hermes doing the delivering! Aparantley they tried 3 times which is nonsense, don't use get the label if it's not getting sent by royal mail!!

terrible quality terrible services on returns. Not only do i have to pay for postage but also the return label and they POST the return label to you. How ridiculous is that. There is no option to print return label and you pay £3 for it . What? The clothes vere terrible quality. The dress by Native Youth felt like it was made out of plastic and paper, like a tissue honestly! High heels by Glamorous were so nonsupporting of the foot and TERRIBLE quality. Blowfish trainers were so fat on my foot and just looked giant and cheap and again not good quality. This website is literally you get what you pay for. I am returning all the items. Literally just spent money for post..... gutted.

Avoid buying from these guys. Two orders in a row that they’ve messed up. Worst part is, their service is infallible in their eyes and they’re utterly incapable of making mistakes. Made an order with them, and it was missing a tracksuit, so I rang up to find out where it is. They come back at me with, our warehouse team said they sent it and they’re not wrong, so we can not refund or resend it. Very rude people, very ignorant and very dismissive of any points the customer makes. And this is the head of their customer service, so I wonder what these people teach the rest of their employees. Not worth investing your money in to, as they refuse to accept any liability in case anything goes wrong. Avoid them
