“Unfortunately, communication let Get A Cut (Hairnet) down. The website stated 1-2 business days for delivery. It took 8 days in total. I phoned and left a message, no response. I emailed and it took ages to get a reply. They must be making too much money to worry about my small order. Will rather order elsewhere next time, even if I pay more 😔”

“Product was as expected when it was finally delivered. Dreadful customer service. I sent several emails and never got a reply and the phone number they have listed on their website goes straight to voicemail but they never ring you back.”

“Not stoked with my experience - shipping method was meant to be 1-2 business days, I heard over a week later that the item was not in stock & waiting on supplier. Around a week later I asked for a refund and never heard back - the product was eventually received around 3 weeks following purchase.”

“Hi, Well it is the delivery time that is disappointing, but it was at Christmas time. Only other point is the Rural mail cost is appalling for such a small item. Also NZ Couriers do not do the delivery. The parcels are delivered by NZ Rural Post. A lot cheaper through NZ Post and the delivery time is better.”

“Easy to use website-great prices. but ive emailed 3 separate times via the email addresses and the “contact forms” on the site and still havent gotten a reply- or my product. Which i purchased a week ago. And my tracking number doesnt work (which is why i made contact)”

“Very poor communication. The phone number on their website is never answered. Waited 4 days to answer my email looking for my goods. 10 days later I got what I paid for. Oh well… at least my hair got cut”
