“Ordered & paid for products & received email saying order had been received & Get a Cut would contact me once my order was on its way. 1 week later - NO response from them. Phoned them - their Cell number had been "temporally disconnected", their land-line goes straight to answer-phone. Emailed them - no response. I am still waiting for my products and still NO response from Get a Cut NZ. Hopeless! I would not recommend this outfit to anyone. I am now worried they may be a "con".”
“Scam site, they take your money and won't send item. They never reply or respond to you. I orderd something and never heard from them untill I messaged then at 3.30 in the morning got a reply saying sorry to tell you this but that item isn't in stock. Blah blah. Iv emailed called messaged dozens of times and no one will get back to me. Theyv stolen my money. I'll be reporting to companies office aswell as the fraud department.and bank. I'll be taking legal action. This is a disgusting company. I also see there's hundreds of others who have had the same experience.”

“I Don't usually do reviews but feel compelled to on this occasion. A very disappointing experience. I will never buy from this company again. Their website says 1 to 2 days delivery. I had to chase them after 2 days as I had heard nothing. It finally turned up 6 days after ordering only to find that it was not as advertised. On their website the picture of the shaver box had a sticker on it that said it came with a free spare set of cutters and the text on the add said the same. The product arrived without the cutters. I emailed them and got an offhand reply saying they didn’t know why I was expecting the spare cutters as none of their razors have that. I went back to check their website and discovered that surprise! surprise! they had changed the picture, but the text still said it came with the spare cutters. I sent them a picture of their website add showing the text. No reply after 2 emails asking them to sort it out. Very misleading advertising. They have a legal and moral obligation to supply what was advertised and paid for but obviously have no intention of honouring that. It’s easy to sell things on a fancy website, but the measure of a good company is how they treat you when things go wrong. These guys failed epically. I like to support the smaller companies but these guys don’t deserve it. Will never deal with them again. I could have walked into Harvey Norman and got it for the same price with no freight costs, no delays and no hassles and they would have looked after me when things went wrong.”
“Don't believe their story from their website and certainly don't engage with this company. Unfortunately i did and lost money because of it.
I received half my order and followed up by phone and email. No replies to multiple contacts and the phone always goes straight to message. Found personalised emails for Nick and Tamara... no reply from either.
So, I got ripped off, lesson learnt and back to the big box shops for my product.

“Ordered a head groomer, it arrived in good time and in good working order. That's not the problem. I wasn't home when it was delivered by NZ Couriers with 'signature required' clearly noted on the bag. So, their courier simply left it around the back of the property, didn't note this on the track and trace record but instead forged my signature onto the online record. Not okay! In fact it is illegal. I have drawn this to NZ Couriers' attention, effusive apologies, promises of action but nothing further. Also contacted Get A Cut, no response to the original message. Here's what came back when I tried again:
'Did the courier sign your name or their name? I wouldn’t worry abut this John as you received your parcel and all is well.'
Patronising, and unsolicited advice about how I should feel about having my signature forged and, it entirely misses the point!”
“Paid for my order 8 days ago. (got confirmation email). Says 2-3 days for delivery. NO delivery so far. I have sent four emails and 4 phone calls, all of which have gained ZERO response!
I wonder if I have been scammed?”
“I ordered a toothbrush 27 March - said two business days delivery. Have heard nothing since including no notification it has been shipped. No response to emails and the telephone just goes to voice mail. I am resorting to providing a review a day until I hear from them. This is Day 1.”

I finally received an email 14th March from tamara.b saying there was no stock. It was way too late, I have already had my trip to Oz and had to buy a shaver in Oz. Very bad service. I would not reccommend any person to deal with this company.”
