“Not happy with the service. Bought something on Black Friday (on special). Was supposed to receive the product within a few days. I received it more than a month later. I'm not gonna lose more time with writing long explanation but basically poor communication, using email address not related to Get a cut website so ends up in junk mail. I receive dozens of junk emails per day, how am I supposed to find one that shows up as Tamara and not as Get a Cut? Phone number wasn't working. Have a unpleasant strong feeling that they advertised as "in stock" although they didn't have it in stock or not enough stock. They kept on advertising on their website for the whole month during which they were sold out even though I told them about it. Happy with the product but last time I buy from Get a cut.”

“Pathetic ! bought a bodygroomer as a Christmas gift for someone. Took days to receive a wrong item. Pickup label was sent but despite multiple tries to schedule pickup, it was never done. Sent mulitple emails to Get-A-Cut but no reply at all. Ended up opening a dispute with my bank now.”
“What began as a positive experience has now become a disappointing and VERY negative customer service experience. I ordered a replacement part and paid the $25 on July 26th. The wrong part was sent and the supplier was blamed. Supposedly, they were not able to go to their office to remedy the situation due to the lockdown. This excuse became less plausible as Auckland went to a lower grade lockdown and businesses began opening again. Eventually, I gave up and requested a refund. 6 months later i still have the wrong part and I am still waiting for the complete refund.
This company puts a lot of emphasis on their reviews and then makes it almost impossible to leave anything but a positive one by using the "review.io" system. Negative reviews can only be left on their physical store location which only the truly determined will find. If this review appears on their site or anywhere visible to someone searching "Get a Cut" I'll be very surprised.
My advice is to treat their overwhelmingly positive reviews with a grain of salt. Their service, overall, is poor in my experience.”
