Received product today, the packages were damaged badly, and product was damaged. A seperate email with photos will be sent to you shortly.

Hello The first razor head that I ordered from you lasted about 2 weeks and it fell apart. I have ordered another from you on order27451H. Can you please advise when this new order will arrive, and, in the meantime, I will send you a photo of what happened the last time I used it fell apart while I was shaving? I would appreciate a credit. for the first order, or alternatively send the 2nd head "No Charge" Regards Barry Cairns

Ordered a shaver and received no follow up for 5 days despite multiple emails. Impossible to reach them on phone. They never pick up. In the end, discovered they had no stock. Very poor for a family run business.

I eventually got my order, but I was sure I got scammed until then. It is imperative that you return emails and pick up the phone, and maybe have a genuine address (google maps showed nothing). Looking at this site, it seems I am not the only one. I did get my order but I am never buying again from a company that can't be contacted if something goes wrong.

It has been over 10 days since the item was ordered. I've emailed and called their contact number multiple times, but no reply. Handling time is specified as 0-2 days and shipping as 1-3. The item has not even been shipped. Poor service and I can't get my money back or item with 0 contact.

From order to delivery was great. Trying to contact someone at Getacut with an issue is prooving to be so frustrating. After nearly a week of texting and phoning nothing. Had to go back to my old shaver. Good business spoilt by very poor customer service.

Missing items from order a month ago.. dispatch error apparently...product not available.. now not responding to refunds requests. It's not even the refund that counts anymore. There are red flags when communication stops.. mistakes are forgivable but poor service is preventable.

I ordered a shaver last Wednesday. And I only received the confirmation email of they received the payment. No updated shipping information till now. I was trying to contact them by emails and phone calls a few days. And no one reply my emails and calls. I don’t know what’s happening??

I have been trying to contact this company over 3 days by phone calls and emails without any response at all.They have $122 of my money and they have no physical address I can find.Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do.

Fast delivery but the packaging was damaged and the curler metal work on the top and bottom of the curler looks old (it’s clouded) The glove it comes with it super basic. The curler works good though, would recommend if you’re wanting an affordable curler.

Just got a email saying they want $60.00 shipping to Australia, even though their web page says Shipping to Australia - $25.00. Nice way to make a little extra money, needles to say, I told them to cancel the order and refund me.

Circus. I think the fact it took 25 emails with me doing all the chasing explains it all. Some comments from Tamara's emails...'wow that's crazy', 'have you charged it', 'so annoying', 'should we refund', 'apologies for the delay' and 'I have been shocking'. Well yes you have and you don't give refunds! Resolved OK in the end...but bloody painful!!
