“Purchased a beard trimmer order no 32488H which arrived next day. So far so good. Box had been opened from the bottom and may have been used. Immediately contacted Tamara and sent photos. Was told to try unit and if concerned it would be replaced. Unit has some residual power when started so did no want to keep. Have emailed Tamara twice requesting replacement and also tried contact email twice but have had no response after two weeks. I’m a pretty patient person but just do what you said would be done please. Apologies if the emails weren’t received.”

Offered to pay the difference and shipping to get the correct product.
Unwilling to exchange as I opened the box.
Product was never used and is all original.
Poor communication and lack of explanation for not accepting a exchange.

“I ordered a product that wasn’t the shaver head I required
For days there was no contact from this company and then as I had opened the package but not removed it there was contradictory messages about a refund and a request to send it back
I couriered it back and heard nothing until they offered me a $13 refund when I had spent $68 plus an additional $6 in courier fees
My assumption is that this Co will take your money but not deliver - I gather that in COVID days they did well but now with no need for their services they are doing it hard
I would in the future not go near them and suggest you Dino

“Recommend everyone learn from my lesson. I paid $118 on 19/05/2022. Order number:#23752H. I haven’t received my purchase so far. I rang their phones and emailed them 20 times but no reply. Most disgusting seller beyond my imagination.”
“They sell products that they do not have in stock without mentioning it on their web site. I paid for a product and immediately received an automatic email that the order is confirmed. One week passed and there was no news from them. I called them but nobody answers. Their phone immediately goes to voicemail. I emailed them and after 24hours they responded saying that they do not have the product and it will take another week for it to arrive at their warehouse. They are still selling that product on their website without any mention of it being out of stock. I asked them to cancel my order and they are taking their time to reply. I will look into lodging a complaint against them. This is not how you do (honest) business!”
“Has been absolutely hopeless. Order placed 9th December and still have not received my replacement shaver head. I got an email on 20th December after 2 follow up emails to advise product was no longer in stock and could offer different color of same product, I was naiive to accept this solution as since then I have had no contact to confirm if this has been processed or product sent. I have made multiple attempts to contact via emails and phone calls and voicemail and no response. Service not great and waste of time.”

Not sent, so I followed up & GAC stated not in stock, would be sent 9th Jan approx. 12th Jan GAC state Philips no longer supplying them so refund processed. Site still shows product available. False advertising. Waste of time.”

The tracking number provided on 30/12/2022 isn't a valid number. Haven't received the item yet. Wonder if the business is a scamer”

“I eventually got my order, but I was sure I got scammed until then. It is imperative that you return emails and pick up the phone, and maybe have a genuine address (google maps showed nothing). Looking at this site, it seems I am not the only one. I did get my order but I am never buying again from a company that can't be contacted if something goes wrong.”
