“There is NO communication whatsoever from the team. Their phone numbers don’t work and they don’t answer their emails.
I placed an order for same day click & collect. It took 3 days to get my order.
When I finally went into the office they had in Highbrook to get my order, the girl there very short with me, no sense of customer service & just the whole experience was not pleasant.
I got my order in the end, but just not worth the hassel, will NEVER use these guys again.”
“The majority of these reviews are fake. Check the companies Facebook page to see nothing but negative reviews of people not receiving their orders and their emails/phone calls being unanswered.
I ordered an item a week ago, with the website stating same day dispatching. I have received no contact, no tracking number, and my order is missing. I will be pursuing legal action if my order is not refunded or dispatched in the next days.”
“Trying to buy a new Shaver. Needed it quickly so trusted their website claim: "If you happen to be in Auckland and want the product today, you will love this."
Two days later I've heard nothing and like others no response to phone or email. Next time I'll use one of the other companies that actually have stock. Hopefully I'm wrong and I get my shaver soon so I can change this review.”

“Worst customer service ever. After deciding to buy it, it showed a timer saying your package will be sent today if you buy within a certain time frame, and courier will be 1 -2 days. Awesome stuff. So I paid and so began the waiting... after 3 emails over 3 weeks still no contact or product. Even Afterpay was ignored by them. Thankfully after escalating the problem with afterpay I was refunded and the order cancelled. Funny thing is the product says in stock. I brought a new shaver from Skol Beard Company in Australia. Highly recommended them. I'd never buy from this poor excuse of a company ever. Only gave it a 1 cause you can't have 0 or -”
“Purchased item via their TradeMe store & paid immediately using Ping. It's been 3 weeks and they are yet to reply to a single email, message request or even answer the phone. I have tried to message via their Facebook Marketplace store, their website chat option and even resorted to sending messages to their personal Facebook pages but no joy so I would not recommend you buy from this company at all.”

I ordered a shaver on Monday evening (2nd Oct 2023) and promptly received an email from Get A Cut to say the product had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Why advertise on your website and accept payment for a product you don’t/ won’t ever have in stock?
On Tuesday morning I replied to the company’s email asking for a refund after which point they became non-responsive. I’ve since emailed and called multiple times to zero effect. I’ve been completely “ghosted”. This morning (Thurs, 5th) I noticed that the “pending” charges on my credit card had been accepted by the company. They’re quite happy to accept your money whilst providing you with nothing in return! A scam it would seem but quite concerning that Get A Cut was featured on Seven Sharp a few years ago. The company is happy to advertise this on their website for the credibility it lends them.

“Bought a $370 toothbrush. It was faulty. Tamara replied then took weeks to get back to me again. She then advised they no longer have the brush I ordered and I could only get store credit. She stopped making contact with me after taking an extra $9 for shipping of the new brush she couldn’t send out. I ended up contacting Philips directly and they are sending me out a ne brush. Terrible customer service, don’t answer there phone and don’t want to assist but happy to keep your money. Will not shop here again”

I have left 5 telephone messages and sent 4 emails and still no reply from either Tamara or her husband.
I am a retiree on a pension and have paid $148.00 for this order and cannot afford to pay again.
All I am asking is for them to get back to me and tell me where my order is.”
