I have to say I am deeply disappointed with the company and would strongly urge people to look elsewhere before using this company. I will certainly not be using them again. I purchased personalised glass champagne flutes for my wife as an anniversary gift. Once I had completed the purchase, I realised I had put in error one wrong number. I received a confirmation email of the order at 19:00. On reading the email I realised my error. The email stated if there were any amendments required then I should follow the link to let them know of the amendments. This was done at 19:05. I didn't receive any response until 11:00 the follow day. I was told that because they did not receive my email within the 30 minutes that they had completed the order and the order could not be amended. I have had several exchanges with this company how they have cot complied with their own terms and conditions of business notably 10.1 and 10.2. The company have palmed me off with excuses that does not correlate with their terms and business and offered me token gestures to alleviate my complaint. The company have pretty much ignored my arguments and refused to refund/replace or even allow me to return the product. Completely dissatisfied with this company and will never be used again. Anyone who asks about this company whether that be friends/family or just generally I will be strongly advocating that they avoid this company at all costs.

Had a few bits now and excellent service from start to finish. Brilliant products and will definitely keep using. Adds that extra something for great presents.

Tried to amend a delivery address within the 39 min timeframe. Did it online & emailed as well. They denied my online request & sent it to the incorrect address. My sister's 60th birthday gift us now late & cost another £15 to send to correct address. Various emails were sent to which they simply denied my original online request. Very disappointed won't be using them again. Also poorly packaged considering it was champagne- they didn't ensure bottle was secure as big gap. Poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Avoid if you stay in Scotland! Tried to charge £10 extra in addition to the standard charge. Said they had emailed to let me know but they certainly didn’t. Anniversary present ruined.

terrible. Has used them twice.The second time I was not able to alter the delivery address (despite the instructions saying you are given this option at checkout - no I wasn't!). So my wedding anniversary card for my friends was sent to my 11-year-old niece. Will not use this site again - with so many online card companies to use why would you choose this one?

1. My daughter (Francesca) who lives in Los Angeles, paid you to send me a greetings card on Fathers Day, 16th June. 2. It eventually arrived at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, 18th June. 3. It was miss-spelled to "Dadfy".

Awful I ordered a sign and when it arrived it was the wrong date I even screen shot my order which showed the correct date. They only offered half price replacement and free delivery not a replacement item disgusted ruined a personalised Father’s Day gift.

I paid £40 for something I could of printed off the internet... needless to say my ruby anniversary went down as a wash out... I’m devastated as I will never get this anniversary back ☹️

I've ordered a few times from Getting Personal, great service, great presents. All arrived earlier than I thought they would. My goddaughter loves her unicorn notebook and cushion and the Toblerones with names on are brilliant!

I ordered a personalised Advent calendar on the 9th of November, my wives birthday is on the first of December should be plenty of time! we are now on the 2nd of December, so missed my wives birthday and also the 1st December. It took 11 days for it to be despatched on the 20th November. It states usually received 1 to 2 days from time of despatch. I chased the order on the 27th and got a very dismissive response. Quite clearly a advent calendar is no use half way through December. Having spoke to wade on the live chat for a second time on the 2nd of December and explained I no longer wish to receive it, all I have been given is I agreed to there terms and conditions when I ordered it and that Royal mail have until the 4th December to deliver it. Terrible service, very poor customer care as well.
