“Ordered 4 tires and received 3. Contacted Giga asking for an ETA on my last tire. They emailed me back confirming that I was missing one. I confirmed. I told them that I didn't want a refund, I want my complete order filled.I didn't hear from them so I contacted them asking when I would receive my tire. They issued me a refund without me requesting one. Not sure what part of I don't want a refund, I want my tire didn't they understand!!! No solution for me. They just didn't care. I ordered through another company so F Giga.”
