“The technician was very professional, polite and friendly. He explained exactly how long the job was going to take and was spotlessly clean. You wouldn't have known he had been there after he left. The only slight niggle was the earliest appointment was 10 days after I made the claim, but I didn't really need to use the car much for that period so it wasn't a huge inconvenience. But he arrived early on the day booked, took great care in fitting the screen, made sure the wipers etc were working before he left and left me with clear instructions on aftercare regarding how long before I could drive the car and using equipment like a pressure washer to clean it. Overall very impressed.”
“Can’t fault a thing. Organised, turned up when they said, communicated before they arrived. Friendly, approachable staff. Quick, efficient and professional finish and left after giving advice on how to maintain the new screen, whilst it fully cured. Spot on, would recommend”
“The windscreen replacement appeared to go well, but because of a last minute time change I had to ask my 25yo son to be home. The guy who changed it gave my son verbal feedback, but no paperwork to indicate where he found rust on the car. Also not overly wnthusiastic with payment being taken three weeks before the appointment, extremely long wait time, took my car past its MOT.”
“The booking of the appointment was relatively simple although the long wait of over two weeks for an appointment was atrocious!! Needing the car daily and hence having to drive around with a badly cracked windshield with two small children on board was unacceptable for sure.
The appointment was then altered by One Call to a less convenient time during the same day.
The only saving grace was your fitter Matt who was absolutely brilliant, he was very friendly and informative, together with being quick and thorough and made sure we were happy with his work. He even chatted to my grandson and explained a lot of what he was doing as he was interested in the process. A definite asset to One Call.”
