“It took a while for an appointment from the insurance people, but the quality of service when delivered was excellent! “The fitter was excellent, but he'd been given a vacuum cleaner that didn't work (so we used mine) and I'd had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for the fitting. Luckily, I'm handy enough, and made up and fitted a temporary perspex screen, but not everyone can do that. Without that I couldn't have really used my only car.
If this was representative of your usual service I feel for the fitters, who are your public face, and take the brunt of people's frustrations.
If I hadn't already paid the excess, I'd have been tempted to pay full price at Autoglass to get the job done in a couple of days.
So based on my experience, your fitters are great but you really need to manage your wait times down dramatically.”
